Breaking ties with Digital Zen.
For reasons that don't need to be detailed here I will no longer be associated with either Digital Zen Studio or Digital Zen Arts. I wish the other Mike all the best in his pursuits.
The only remaining business I have with Digital Zen is the Triple D Game Farm photo workshop in Montana, Nov. 15-18. At this time the trip is still on as planned. So if you're interested in going please feel free to contact me for details.
So, what does this mean. Simply that I will now be able to focus on photography (and limited web design and graphics). I have already begun to expand my photographic skill set to include portraiture, fashion and glamour. In the upcoming weeks and months I will add images to display my work in these new areas.
All of my images will now be sold exclusively through my store at Etsy.com.
I am also moving forward in developing photography tutorials (and hopefully soon training videos) to add to the PhotoTalk section of this site. I've always enjoyed passing along whatever I know to help others learn more about photography.
On top of that I'm still running the South Florida Nature and Wildlife Photography Meetup Group. I plan to begin a series of instructional meet ups for group members that are intersted.
I'm looking forward to opportunities that this change will surely bring. Like the chance to pursue creative interests that may otherwise have gone unexplored.
To quote Tom Petty I'm heading "into the great wide open."
I'll see you all there.
